Maybe at the end of LY pt.3 was when he saw Jungkook get ran over and not the girl maybe he saw him when he was about to go on a date with the girl but then again it doesn't explain how there was a ambulance before he was about to go on the date...........but then again it's possible that Jin ran over Jungkook because if you look back at I need you Jin's car looks similar to the one Jungkook got hit so maybe he was having a flashback where he accidentally hit Jungkook and that's where the theory of Jungkook possibly having memory loss
