Yes I use another app

except i only use it for a font that’s not on PC

everything else is on PC, so yeah😊

I don’t do anything else on the other app

just the ONE font😊

BTW the app is called “PicSee”

I did the blur by going in EFFECT

then I swipe through to a thing that looks like

a raindrop

and it also says BLUR

if you don’t know how to go to effect

just double tap on the picture ur editing
