So I was about to come out to my family about my gender (pan sexual) when my dad clearly stated that he was against gay ANYTHING. He said "It's not natural. You are a girl or boy. No in between" (he said this to the radio since a debate about it was taking place). What do I do??
okay not to be rude but you're dad is an twà t. I would say to wait until you're in a good situation (when you're 17 or something) and have a job ect or when you feel ready and think it's an appropriate time. if they don't support you, you don't need them in your life. you're still you. I really hope it goes good when you come out no matter what time you do it. You also might want to shine light on the subject, like talk about pansexuality and your opinions beforehand (I haven't come out to my parents but I'm doing this)
I agree with the first sentence. I think I'm going to wait for when I am older like you said so if I get disowned I have my own house to rely on. Thank you for this. It really helps knowing that someone can help me.
