I really like maia and simon's chemistry on the show! It feels so normal and real! While I love Sizzy and Clace, their chemistry in the books isn't really portrayed well in the show. And the whole Johnathan/Valentine thing is starting to get really interesting! I can't wait until they finally confront each other!!!💖➰💖

Ikr? Honestly, Jace in the books is waaay more fun, cocky, and laid back, while Jace in the show seems to be too serious. It felt like the show was trying so hard to push clary and jace together, that it began to feel unnatural! Literally: In the books their first official confrontation was clary and jace arguing (and clary slapping him😂), while in the show she fell in his arms romantically. Honestly, I think if jace and clary in the show did not go so fast, I might've liked them as a couple. Rn I don't even know who to ship clary with in the show😂😂😂

^ i agree... like jaces character needs to have more humor!! he's just so bland and serious.. like come on... if you're supposedly working with cassie clare to make this series (however little) shouldn't she have some input in his character???

and, like, the plot is on CoHF and the romance is barely through CoB
