ElectroWolfie: I have a moving icon. It's really easy to get one. Can I put one on here and it NEVER gets changed? Since I get a new moving icon every week, I'll have to worry about that not this accounts moving icon.

hi this is sleepyunicorn and I change my icon to a GIF all the time so I could change it weekly. I don't know if everyone would want the same icon for the rest of the accounts existence.
