Happy Monday! Today's motivation is really simple, I just want you guys to do something this week that makes you feel good. And for me moving my body makes me happy, and I highly recommend that you guys go over to Blogilates on YouTube and give her 1 hour pop Pilates class a try, or if that's a little too crazy just try one of the beginners pop Pilates videos. I stated coining Pilates 4 years ago and I've loved it since, I just finished the 1 hour class and it's an amazing way for me to get my day going, I love how music is such a big part of pop Pilates. Just take some time to slow down and do something that makes you happy, read a book, listen to music, anything you like💕✨

OH BTW! do u think i can use your midweek catchup idea for my extras acc? but maybe like a weekly wrap-up? i’ve been thinking of doing that for a while and i think it would really help me destress myself and see what’s happened and what’s coming up. and i just wanted to get permission from you to use your idea (of course you’ll get credit :))
