I just can’t stand my friend problems anymore

I try to plan things with my friends and they say yeah sure but then on the day when I think we might hang out they hang out without me. they don’t invite me and wither I find out and get sad, and even at school it happens. but it happens every day...it sounds so pathetic I’m sorry.
