I think piccollage mostly features collages that get a lot of likes. they also feature collages that are made by people who just got on the pop page. but I made a collage but it randomly got featured. maybe because so many people liked in a short amount of time? I don't exactly know but sometime piccollage randomly features collages that aren't even that good. if they can get a feature you're probably going to get a lot soon
