that's an old font from pc called smiley face or something like that😂I got it by remixing someone else's old edit with this font, and then changing the colour setting on the text in the remix, and then opening up a new edit, and then the font smiley face was automatically there💕sorry if that made no sense, it's really confusing😂

btw, those specific thingy magigies are the # in the font smiley face
