no you’re not dumb lol, there’s 3 phases of technical college for the Air Force and each has more privileges before you graduate but if you get set back because of misbehavior or failing it can sometimes mean you stay longer at tech. he finally answered and he’s not going to have extra time, his classmates are just horrible at their work so they set everyone back as punishment. he can’t go hang outside of the base, outside of his dorm, wear civilian clothes on base, idk what else but he’s fine
