XD I wasn't putting it down, even I can confirm that the art looked half-âssed and messed up, but I wanted it to look like that, this is a one-of-a-kind art piece that is supposed to shock the viewer and make them feel the emotions of the artist. although it looks like a rats nest, I put a lot of thought into this and I'll have to say I do feel proud of it in reality, I have gotten a lot of likes but I don't think people are understanding the point of the artwork. @yourcomment

It's meant to look all messy like that, it's more of an emotion-evoking art piece than a serious one

applause for that 👏👏👏 there are some artists on PC that really need that help, I'm willing to help others too, I like commenting on art with compliments and suggestions :^)

I creased the page in certain places and smudged strategically, it's supposed to make you feel emotion of this piece, two polar opposites, one is really high and insane and psychopathic and the other is depressed and suicidal and wants to die, it shows you two opposite sides of the spectrum and how dangerous both sides are if you get too close.

one of my pet peeves is when people post a ton of art and they go "omg my art is terrible....." and they keep posting it so people go "no no it's amazing", fishing for compliments -3- but that's not as bad as when people post selfies and say "I'm so ugly...."

they put on all their makeup and they obviously look and act beautiful in the picture, but they say they're ugly, and then if someone says anything except that they're beautiful, they get bûtthurt and say they'll cut and commit and they go on private and it's an ongoing cycle -3-

am I the only one who gets super annoyed when the art teacher shows off artwork and the classroom applauds and then this one person copies it directly from the internet and it's a gorgeous pic she copied and she says "I'm a horrible artist......" and then everyone applauds, and then your art is displayed that you actually tried on, but because you're antisocial nobody applauds and just XD I went off on a tangent there, sorry that happened too many times to me

I'll be honest, I used refs for a while when I was just starting @^@ but I eventually got the hang of it and now I can actually do anatomy on my own, I use refs for practice only, so I can worry less about the drawing and more about whatever I'm focusing on, whether it be outlining or Copics or a specific part of the body

no shame in admitting that ☝️I was the same way. back in the day, young child, I copied off pre-existing pics and called myself an artist, and when people would ask me to draw them something I would need a pic :D but it surprisingly paid off in the end because I learned anatomy (a lot like you), and now I have my own style although I follow inspiration sometimes uwu I don't post artwork on PC because I hate it, but because I'm proud of it and I want the world to see it :P you'll never hear any personal put-downs on my artwork, if I have work I don't like I keep it to myself and nobody has to see it
