your advice is really great actually. I’m always trying to distract myself. a lot of things help me like Kpop and also my sister. but that’s about it. I’m too scared to go to my parents. they’d never understand. however, my dad just put me and my sis up for horse riding and I’m so excited to start it because it seems really nice. plus, I heard that horses are therapeutic for the mind and physically.
