i like to erase the png first, but you can clip it in pc if you want. if you use another app for erasing backgrounds, make sure you save the original pic and the one without the background. you go into pc. cut out the image that you chose (cut out the one with the background), duplicate it as many times as you want (as many times as you duplicate it , that will be how many colors in the background there will be) . double tap on each of them and color on them with whatever colors you want. lay them out where you want but so you can see each of them. put the one you erased already on top.
