uuuhhhh so tw if you don’t like weight stuff: so i don’t have an eating disorder or anything i’m just naturally extremely skinny but before marching season i weighed 117 and i just checked today and i’m 104. i think it’s because i’m getting taller and my metabolism is going crazy? idk i’ve grown a half inch since August and now i’m literally almost 5’6”. but my double zero jeans are too loose on me and i feel really uncomfortable wearing them out and i hate it so so much. like now i only will wear sweaters or hoodies that i can pull past my būtt bc i’m embarrassed of how loose my jeans are. my mom said she’s going to find me a good small breakfast with lots of protein to eat every morning. idk i just kinda noticed the other day too across my room in the full length mirror my hips really jut out especially since i hadn’t eaten breakfast yet so my stomach was really flat and i look really unhealthy. like you can see my entire spine when i’m standing normally, not just bending over. :/ i’m so self conscious aahhh my metabolism is just way too fast recently. which is weird too bc i guess it’s already knocked off the muscles i got from marching season. or maybe it just erased them entire during the season. idk
It's important to make sure you feel like you have enough energy and focus to get through the day, and that you're eating the fruits and veggies and whole grains your body and brain need to function. More important than how you look is how you feel.
(I know that doesn't always help with the insecurity but my nursing student brain had to say something hahaha)
^^ you’re always gonna be beautiful no matter your weight, but like she said healthy is the most important part! I need to lose some bc I’ve gained 3 lbs since moving here, no shocker. Im sorry it makes you self conscious; idk if it helps but I think you’re gorgeous and I know that James thinks it too along with all the rest of your pals on here and I hope your family. I used to weigh 120 which was fine for my height but I’d starved to it purposefully and my weight now is a biT crazy shdbdbdns but I want to get better and I hope that your mom does find you something for the mornings that you can stomach and maybe doing more protein shakes while at school and for dinner??? You’re beautiful with weight or without, just as long as you have the energy and feel well like Tiegan said
