honestly, thats kinda where I am rn. I’m getting through it. I have a bit worse that that. it’s something that I’m getting through but it’s nothing that I or u can’t handle. for me, it’s a matter of taking some time off of my day and taking some time for myself. I try to “find a vacation everyday,” weather that be going outside and drawing or playing my guitar or even just sitting down and listening to some music. I would definitely recommend doing that. it gets my mind off of things, and gives me some peace throughout the day. ❤️
