V and K had spent the day at the beach, surfing, having water fights, throwing a beach ball, playing beach volleyball, basically all the thugs their parents wouldn’t let them do as a kid because they were too busy training.

Rosetta sat on the shore with her legs stretched out and the waves gently lapping at her bare feet. She had a magical night with Ben, but she had found something that had drained her happiness and replaced it with worry and confusion.
Even though it was a warm and sunny day, she was wearing a long hoodie. She was trying to hide the new mark she had on her arm.
They now walked towards the diner for some burgers and shakes. They were laughing about the time they pranked their mum by pretending she was their servant. It was hilarious.

She gently pulled her sleeve down to get another look at the mark. She knew it was pointless to keep checking on it, but something deep inside of her wished it would disappear.

V and K walked in and sat down. Soon their food was ordered and on its way to their stomachs.

Rosetta stared down at the new mark. It was really unusual. It was a big black circle on her wrist. It didn't pass as a bruise, it was much too dark and perfectly a circle. Usually bruises were a blob shape, but this was a perfectly round circle that was the darkest shade of black there was. And it seemed to be getting bigger. She recalled last night when her and Ben were dancing, she had noticed the circle, but it was small and she thought it was a mole or a freckle.
(ok, though I'm really ugly.)
Rosetta was tired of being hot, so she went to her dorm and changed into something comfy and appropriate for the nice weather, and then she walked to [insert whatever the book calls the hospital wing/medical place] and wrapped her wrist in a bandage. She could pass it off as a sprain, but would need to come up with a backstory...

Rosetta walked out onto the beach again, her mild depression gone and her usual positivity in its place. She felt hungry, so she decided to go to the diner. (There's a DINER in this camp?? Thought we just had a cafeteria?? oh well.)

Mylee wondered aimlessly around camp, looking for something to do. She finally decided to go on a run.

Rosetta decided to get a burger and some fries. And some sweet tea. (cAuSe WhY nOt)
Once she got her food, she said, "I'll be right back." and she walked over to the condiments table, squirted some ketchup into a sauce cup, and walked back to the table. She dunked a fry in the ketchup and ate it.
She swallowed her last bit of fry and sipped her tea.

She looked at the burger. She had only had a burger once, when she was little. Her mother had to put on a disguise, since she looked somewhat like Te Fiti from Moana. They had gone to an In-N-Out nearby, and that was the first and only time so far that Rosetta has had a burger. Usually at home her mother just uses her powers to grow a vegetable garden. So Rosetta was totally excited for this burger.

Rosetta picked up her burger, and a whiff of it's scrumptious aroma floated by her nose. Her mouth was watering, and she took a bite. It was better than she had remembered. She closed her eyes as she chewed. The meat was very juicy and had just the right amount of seasoning. The bun was fluffy and the lettuce was crisp. The cheese was all melted and was a perfect addition to the burger.
And I bet I’m lonely forever as ever😂
(That was the most dramatic that someone has ever eaten a burger.)
