I had stretch marks sO bad when I was younger even though I was athletic and fit but I didn’t know most people had a lot too or some and I felt so ashamed 😭 I thought I was too fat but then I saw another girl in chorus had them very visibly too when we were all changing so I started realizing I wasn’t alone and these might be normal lol. I think it’s just because women have more layers of fat naturally and when we grow it happens, thick or thin. idk for sure but I know that bigger weight does effect it but while we’re growing it’s always gonna happen whether or not we’re under/in target weight
