I think why they don't wear makeup cuz there naturally more "beautiful than women" for example a female duck has just grey feathers but the male duck has brighter colors
but I mean male celebrities they wear makeup to cover up there acne but they don't wear too much of it only powder maybe
Also men can wear makeup if they wanna but they would be counted as "transgender". So now you understand why men can't or can wear makeup thank you

as for looking transgender boys who are punk or emo etc wear makeup but don't look transgender (usually)
It's pretty stupid. I think boys should wear makeup. Boys are insecure too, not just girls. 😒 If a boy wore makeup, I would totally accept that
