ok so it's called Curly-Q by Fairly Tales. they're NJ based so idk if they have them in stores in IL, but I know they're on Amazon. also, their leave in conditioner is really good because it gets rid of frizz, and since I swim a lot, I use their lifeguard shampoo. they're all natural and made in the USA which is also gr88.
