Oh I’m so sorry! It sounds like your root chakra is unbalanced. If you don’t know, chakra is Sanskrit for “wheel”. We have seven chakras for different points in our body. When one is off balance, it will throw your whole world off balance! The Muladhara chakra, or root chakra, often guides your stability. When blocked, injuries can occur. So maybe research how to unblock your root chakra! If you have any questions, ask me!
