how did u make ur pic collage icon/profile pic move/into a gif ❓❔❓❔

I went on the computer, and selected one of my gifs I have saved to use as a profile pic. go to piccollage.com, sign in like you would on here, and go to settings. it should say *choose file* or something!

True, isn't? Although it is puzzling to find someone 100% sane. Remarkably dull or just EXPERT hiders?
