Delete the app then get it again, maybe that will help also reset your password

if you got a new email or Apple ID, then it might not work. if your using a parents email/Apple ID, got this new phone, got your own email/ID then it might not work to log in cuz u made this account with a separate email!

that is also my fear of getting a new phone because i'm using a different email^^
