oki. ty. I’ll start with what happened yesterday when I had a nightmare. I was in a classroom with everyone who I’d done something wrong to and everyone who has done something bad to me, including my friends, and when I saw my phone pc had been hacked. I was panicking and everyone was making fun of me for it. It just bought back a load of memories from my primary school where I was bullied every day. When I woke up I grabbed my iPad to make sure pc and everything was ok then I just curled up and calmed down.

Then there’s the argument with my mum. She gets mad at me for almost nothing. This time it was because of what I do. I guess it’s self harm? Whenever I get annoyed, panicky or stressed I scratch my back really hard. I have a few scars there now and my mum gets so mad at me for it so I do it more to annoy her. Most if the arguments start out with me trying to defend myself with a tone that she hàtes because she’s always telling me not to use it. We fought over food in the middle of a street the other day

Sorry if I’m annoying or anything. I’ll try and make this short. The last thing is my friends. They’re the type to pick some stupîd mistake and make fun of it, especially me being bi. I had one friend who cared a lot about me. She can’t get any signal at school so she gave my other two friends her Instagram account so she could use their phone. Those two friends decided to change her Instagram account to an inside joke we have. The friend didn’t show up at school and blocked us on all social media. When she did show up, she ignored us and then she moved schools. I hàte those two friends for doing it. It’s been four weeks and they still haven’t apologised. My friend was even cutting (which seems a bit over reactive) but I understand why. I don’t want to be their friends after what they’ve done but I have to because I’ll be alone otherwise..

Yeah.. Lots of my dreams are based on the voice in my head that tells me to do something otherwise something bad will happen. then it appears in my dream and I panic. Most of the time it includes the people I care about..
