This is so important. If you say "straight people are dúmb" or "every man is terrible", you sound just as ignorant as the people who hate on LGBT+ and woman. I'm tired of some people fighting hate with more hate. It's childish, and it makes people who are actually fighting for equality FOR ALL be less respected. This is not an apologetic post for the hateful people who encourage negative stereotypes, and we should definitely be encouraging change. But it's important to remember that even as you are trying to gain progress for one group, you should not bash another group to do so. Punish the individuals who are wrong and hateful, not entire groups of people.
