ah yes this brings me back to the time I went to an Irish restaurant anD THEY WERE OUT OF POTATOES

it was actually pretty hilarious. the most hilarious thing to happen to me in Ireland though was when I tried to order a root beer and the waitress didn't know what that was and asked me "what kind of beer?" even though I'm quite clearly underage
