spend like 10 minutes preparing yourself for some relaxation time (make your favorite beverage, grab some candy or cake, make a really comfy place to chill, grab your phone and tv remote and anything you may need (you don't want to get up), also if you like doing art or something get stuff to do that and then go to your comfy place and just try to not think about the stressful thing for an hour
