CELEBRITY 5 STAR CHEF SALMA TO THE RESCUE!

The Chief was looking through all the caterers, “No! None of this is good enough!” he groaned. He needed a special dish. The chefs were making the appetizers, but he needed the main course and nothing was cutting it.

Salma rushed in “I CAN HELP!”
Salma says “Hello! How can I help you!”
“THANK YOU!” The chief sighed, “Um...who are you?” he asked
Salma smiles and puts her hand out “Salma. Salma Al-Arabi.”
Salma says “So what do you need help in? Food?”
“Yes, I need an extravagant dish!” he exclaimed, “But everyone’s just isn’t...extravagant...it’s more mediocre,” he shrugged
Salma says “Hmm....how about a Butternut Squash and gruyère pithivier? Or maybe a Pork Loin with Cranberry Apple Stuffing?”
“Oooh the pork loin sounds good,” he stated, “Do you know anyone who could make that though?” he asked
Salma says “Well I have been cooking almost my whole life...I guess I can cook it!”
Salma said “It would be no trouble!”
Salma looks around for some ingredients.
“Really? That would be a lot of help,” The Chief smiled as he shook her hand.
Salma says ”Okay So I will need 1 cup of chicken flavored dry stuffing mix, 1/2 cup of water, One three pound boneless pork loin roast, 1 cup chopped apple, 1/3 cup dried cranberries, 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecan, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion, and salt and black pepper to taste.” Salma then gets all those ingredients
Salma then preheats what she will be cooking the food on. She then combined the stuffing mix and water in a mixing bowl and she sets that aside and greases a roasting pan.
Kaia and Noah walks in. They talk to the Chief before going to the kitchen to do cupcake placement in such. Kaia sees Salina, “Wow that smells good!”
Salma says “Thanks!” she smiles as she continued to cook. Salma then trims the day and connective tissue from the pork loin. She cuts from one side through the middle horizontally to within 1/2-inch of the other side. She opens the two sides and spread them out like an open book. She placed the pork loin between two sheets of heavy plastic. then on a leveled surface pound the pork till 1/2-inch.

Salma stirs the apples, cranberries, pecans, and onions into the stuffing mix. She seasons the pork with salt and pepper where it was perfect. She then spreads the stuffing mix onto the cut side of the loin. She rolled the pork into a firm container, and secure with cooking twine.
She baked it in the preheated oven until the pork is no longer pink in the center, which is about one hour. She places An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F. Salma then covers the meat with two layers of aluminum foil, and allow to rest in a warm area for 10 minuets. She then removed the kitchen twine before it is sliced and served. Salma says placing it down “AND DONE!” She smiles and laughs a bit...she did it, so perfectly.
Salma goes to the Chief and says “I finished the meal! Need anything else? Any decorations? Any other meals?”
