I can:) so what you do is ON A COMPUTER OR LAPTOP ONLY, go to giphy.com and then save a gif to ur camera roll. then on PicCollage.com log into ur account and then click the arrow next to ur profile, then go to settings and like choose next to ur icon then choose the gif and press done. when u go back onto ur device, it will not work, but the next day it works fine👌🏻 I HOPE THIS HELPED AND IF UU HAVE FIRTHER QUESTIONS ASK ME:)
