caption— The story behind “Blindsided” happened a couple of months ago. One of the closest people to me came out and told me she was bisexual. Her parents found out and have stolen her freedom and removed her from any from of socializing since. Long story short, it was brutal on her mental heath and she had no one to turn to because her parents unknowingly isolated her, so she became very suicidal. I thought I lost her at one point. And all because her parents were doing what they thought would be best in the long run, even though it was destroying what was left of their daughter in the present. This is why it’s so important for people to realize that there are bigger troubles to face instead of fixating on their own believes.
