“Are you interested in the study of Potions? It’s always been a favorite to me,” Courtney says flipping through one of the books.
Jax stays back and listens, soaking in people’s names and information.
“I’m more interested in Charms, but yeah. Potions is cool,” Aaron says.
Jax shrugged. “Maybe. Are you?”

“Diana, a very eloquent name,” Notoriam smiles. “Now, who knows how to make a basic Fire Protection Potion?”
“Ooh Charms! Charms is very interesting as well,” Courtney says
Jackson sits there confused. “Potions? What the heck?”
“Mm. Nice,” Jax says quietly.
Courtney also shot her hands up
“Yeah,” Aaron says. “It’s cool.”
“Diana, why don’t you demonstrate to the class, take whatever you need off the shelves,” Notoriam says pointing at the shelves.
“Aw, that’s ones a tots beginner,” Courtney mumbles
Aaron watches people.
Jax chills.
Mira stands there and begins to twirl a pen but it hits the back of Jax’ head. “Oh my,” she whispers under her breath attempting to hide
Jax turns around and winks at Mira.
I can’t decide whether Jax should be antisocial or like a player
so he’s both
“Impressive!” Notoriam says taking a vile full. “That is how it’s done class. Now everyone get a book on Potions from the cabinet and turn to page 120 for a Muffling Draught potion and try your best to make it,” Notoriam says. “Call me over when you finish. I will not answer any questions, this is for your own brain to comprehend.”
Aaron watches Diana and soaks up what she’s doing.

Courtney tied her hair and then she opens her textbook and immediately begins.
“That’s okay,” Jax says, shrugging. He gets up and gets two potions books, giving one to Mira.

Jackson was clueless. He stared at Diana for the longest time because she seemed like she would know what to do.
Cayden grabbed a book and tossed one to Aurie
Courtney gets Unicorn Hair, Unicorn blood, and goose grass and mushes them all into a cauldron over heat mixing in other ingredients.
“Okay,” Jax said, giving Mira a nod. He opened his book and read through the directions.
Aaron follows his directions cuz he’s cool.
“Um... yeah I do. I need help. I didn’t know Potions were real until... well three minutes ago,” Jackson says
Aurie glared at Cayden.
Mira began to make her Potions and it turned blue color. “Professor, I’ve finished!”
“What now?” Cayden asks mixing his ingredients in one by one.
“Um. Okay. WAIT HOLD UP,” Jackson says. “Unicorns are real?!”
Aurie throws some stuff into her caldron.
“Can I copy you,” Cayden says to Aurie teasingly.
Jax checked his potion carefully. “Hm. I think I’ve finished too. It looks about the right color.”
“Wow, good work Mira, this works. Now who would like to test it?” Notoriam asks taking a vile full of her potion.
“Lemme rest yours as well. Who would like to test?” Notoriam asks taking Jax’ too.
“No,” Aurie says.
Aaron screwed up majorly and his potion blew up in his face.
“Well, I guess nothing worse can happen to me,” Aaron volunteered, raising his hand. “I might as well test it.”
Alex messed up his potion.
“You’re so mean,” Cayden frowns jokingly.

“well here you go,” Notoriam says giving the potion Mira made to Aaron.

Aaron shrugged and chugged it down.
“Um okay,” Jackson says throwing all the ingredients without cutting them or anything.
“Now, If this works, he shouldn’t be able to make any verbal sounds,” Notoriam says

“I’m in Hufflepuff like a cool kid,” Jackson says doing the orange justice.
“Whatever you say.” Aurie sighed.
“Are you mad at me or sum?” Cayden asks
“I can’t find Hazel.. I’m just stressed.” Aurie says.
Aaron attempted to speak. Nothing happened. Aaron looked surprised.
Jax wAtChEd people.
Alex’s potion blew up in his face. “dOnE.”
“Oh Hazel...” Cayden says remembering that he gave her to Olivia. “She’s with Olivia.”
Aaron laughed silently at Alex. He mouthed “same”
“No, this morning I couldn’t find her.” Aurie explains.
Notoriam did a swish of a wand and Aarong good speak again.
“iM bLinDEd!” Alex screams.
“Olivia or the cat?” Cayden asks
“Hazel.” Aurie sighed.
Aaron coughed. “Thanks,” He said Notoriam.
“Oh, look at the common room,” Cayden smiles
“That wouldn’t be wise,” Courtney tells Maya
