Okay so many ppl are waking up rlly early just to listen to Love Yourself and I don't want you all to b sick so just something from me: drink plenty of water, it will help u stay awake and focused. Don't skip breakfast bc you can become unhealthy and possibly gain weight if done long term so EAT BREAKFAST. If possible, eat a banana bc it gives u specific nutrients that will help u thru the day. Taking showers: if u take one before school, take a cold shower, it will help w/ focus and concentration. If u take a shower after school then take a warm shower, it will help relieve and relax your muscles. Try to get atleast 10 mins of sunlight, it has vitamin d. For girls; if u apply a dot of pearly eyeshadow right above the corner of ur eye closest to ur nose, it will help you seen more awake. You can also wash ur face frequently, it will help you stay awake. I'm not rlly a doctor or anything but these things may help I and hopefully the losss of sleep won't affect u too much.
