Since you found this account early, I’ll give you a few hints. Not every letter/number/symbol will be used. The code is a word that is nine letters long. However, you don’t have all the information you need to complete this puzzle right now.

I’ll give you another hint. The next piece of information is found in the HPOW and no one has yet to open it. So next time you get your bill, check for a tanned envelope with a red seal hidden in it. Then I’ll give you the next piece of information.

And after that, you have a final piece of information which I don’t know when I’m going to be giving out. Oh and one last thing— dont forget a mirror.
