OH MY GOODNESS WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT?

Could you please tell me what happened

yea so what had happened was she was with this guy and he raped her. obviously they broke up but she had told one of her best friends about it face to face and her friend didn't believe her. so she made it a rumor around school saying that she sleeps around with guys and all this different stuff. well she started getting bullied like a lot. then she finally broke because I had moved and because of that. well her and her ex got into a big fist fight and she got made fun of even more after she lost. she had told me over the phone about it and I told her please don't do any thing stupid and she took that the wrong way and stopped talking to me. then yesterday night her parents called me and I rushed over to the hospital.

is she alright now

for right now no one is able to see her because she is in the emergency room I'm just hoping she is okay

so to be honest I don't know if she is
