Hopefully you don't commit an injury on yourself, but you may have heard or even seen of another individual doing so. On April 22nd, draw a heart on your wrist. You cannot self-harm yourself, until the heart goes away. YOU MAY NOT RUB THE HEART OFF YOUR SKIN. Chill! 😝
