Isn't it ironic? How we tell others to stay strong yet we can't do it ourselves. Let me tell you that you can do it. Whatever you are going through, there is always someone worse off than you are. That might seem crazy but it's true. Look for the positives no matter how hard you have to try. Most importantly don't give up. Crying only means you've been strong for too long. It's okay to breakdown and to fall apart. It only means when you'll get back up, you'll be stronger. Just keep doing you and keep your head held high.
