okay, soooo this may take a while to explain, but here goes.....😂first, you make a regular collage with normal text, and then you save that collage into your photos. after that, you put the photo of the collage into effects, and blur out the text you want to glow. after thattt, just put the same text over top of the blurred text to make a GLOW EFFECT! phew, finally done! hope that helped!💕😂☺️
