also this situation would not have happened to me because even if I so much as get inspiration from someone I will ask for their permission to make a similar Collage and then give credit when I post. And yes, I would not like it if someone was telling me to stop it but not because they are men but because they would make me feel guilty for copying and I would apologize to everyone
