ok so 1. wash ur face every night (not with makeup wipes) just with soap and water💦2. don't forget to moisturize🙌 3. after u take a shower switch the water to cold😬(IK its gonna suck) and run ur face under it, it will close ur pores🙂3.(or 4 idk😂) wash ur face after everything u work out. 💞hope this helped!!

oh also a BIG one... u might think concealer will help hide it but TRUST ME it will make it 10 times worse!😬
