So I learned that don't have social anxiety. I do have anxiety but not this one which is the kind a lot of people have and is mostly spoken about the most, so you probably know how it works. But I have something else I think my anxiety is in four different types, Panic disorder, PTSD, OCD, and Phobia Anxiety. If you'd like to learn more about what they are ask or look it up. Idk I just felt social anxiety didn't make sense so I did some research and these made the most sense. Idk just felt like giving you guys a little life update.
