Hmm... my only tip for trying to sleep is don’t do anything, especially looking at a screen. If you TRULY can’t sleep simply get up and do something else, don’t stay in bed, trust me it doesn’t help. For working out, you are BEAUTIFUL! Fitness is a great way to stay healthy, don’t do it to become skinny!
If you’re trying to sleep, don’t be on electronics. The light coming from it makes your brain stay awake, and longer to fall asleep.
