if someone saids they are a specific gender, does that mean they have the 'parts' for it? (thank you for this btw it's comforting for someone to be out here for such a wonderful community.)

not always I mean if you have the parts for a boy but you are specifically transgender so you feel like you are female then you are a female with male parts. (and thank you! that means so much to me)
