I'm sorry it happened, but listen, counselling isn't that bad. if you don't want him/her to know anything just say 'I don't know' to everything. expect him/her to ask you why and how you feel. He/she will probably say that you don't HAVE to go but 'they would appreciate it' and if you really really don't want to go, (I'm guessing it's during class) then don't go and just go to class. that's the best advice I can give right now
