*looks up and smiles* that’s good but back when I was in 8th grade, I was going through my first phase of selfharm and I had been going to group therapy anyway I had broken my wrist so obviously I was wearing a cast. but one day I was at group therapy and one of the boys that was in my group singed my cast and wrote “stay strong be strong” he told me that I always have to stay strong and be strong no matter what happens in my life and that’s been my motto ever since
