I have a friend that is self-conscious about her weight. it's natural to doubt yourself. for example, in magazines, girls have thin bodies and big butts. people think that that's how women are supposed to look. I'm sure your friend is a beautiful person, inside and out. she just needs to realize that her appearance isn't what matters. as long as she has a beautiful personality, she's perfect. if she doesn't believe what you say, there's nothing you can do. give her some space. no one can give her self-confidence. only she can do that task. just constantly be reminding her that she's beautiful, inside and out.
