I used to not do it but now I have to because of my braces ... I have the invisible kind that you take out when you eat so you have to brush and get them clean so you don’t have food particles stuck in there and you have to brush the trays too cos they get full of spit lol ! so do you brush before you eat ??

^^Same, I used to have Invisalign and I had to brush my teeth after every meal. It was annoying asf😂
