that font is called beauty and the beast.first make sure you have Phonto. then, you have to search online “ free downloadable Beauty and the beast font” then when you click download on the font it’ll give you an option where to download it to. select the app called Phonto

and to make the teardrops next to the word, select the beauty and the beast font and type { or }. I hope this helps
