Tap pls Also one of my relatives is out of the hospital, but my grandma is still not there yet. I feel awful, I ❤️ my grandma so its freaking hard for me to see her with tubes and IV’s in her arm. I’m holding together ok. My mental health isn’t getting any better that’s for sure. Lol I’m working on it, but the things the therapists suggest don’t help at all. I have told them that they just said keep trying. Idc his dang hard I try none of them work so SHUT UP therapist lol! I just want to stop going there it’s making me worse tbh. My parents keep sending me there cause they told me they are afraid I’m going to start having su1cidaI thoughts or something.

I’m so glad that one relative is out, I know how hard it is to see your loved ones in the hospital :( we’re all rooting for them and you and hoping your mental health eventually improves. I’m so sorry you’re going through all of this. what are the therapists suggesting? I’ve been to some pretty helpful ones in treatment so maybe I could offer some advice but I know medicine is half the help and the rest it learning coping mechanisms usually
