while watching my sisters favorite disney shows i check my phone but am surprised to see you noticed. "hey jen, lilly liked it" and jenny squeals fan girl squeals and i dm you: "thanks"

late that night jenny and i are about to go to sleep when jenny whispers to me "do you think lilly would come to my birthday party next week?" i laugh but smile with pity "i think she's got better things to do jen"
*im quite drunk *
jenny is fast asleep when my parents finally come home, they work all day at kroger from 6-9 but spend the latest hours at clubs getting drunk
i roll my eyes and turn to face the wall so if my parents walked by they would think i'm asleep and leave me alone

i pull out my phone to see if you responded again but no luck so i give in and sleep

i run up the doorway but it's too late because jenny is talking. she said "hi i'm jenny can lilly come out?" i cut in and apologize. i say: "sorry ignore her, we were just passing by"
* I come walking down stairs half asleep the man tells you guys that I’m busy *
jenny had slipped past the man and had eyes on the stairs where she had seen you pass "but i saw her on the stairs!" she whines. i roll my eyes and pull her away "we can come back another day jen"
* I walk to the front door and I tie my hair up and I’m really hung over *” what the f**k is going on*
"jenny we *need* to go" i say more urgently. but jenny looks at you with eyes wide and whispers "lilly, it's you"

"i'm jenny! hunter's sister!!! you KNOW me!" jenny said with a huge smile "sorry for bothering you" i mutter and drag jenny back to the road as we start to walk home"

jenny looks at me with begging eyes and i look at you again "what time?"

jenny keeps looking at me with big eyes "mom and dad wouldn't even notice we are gone!" she says. i think for a moment and say "fine, but we need to be home by 10"
"and i'm so sorry for bothering you lilly it was my fault, it won't happen again" i say to you

"well i guess we should go now" i say. jenny waves and says "bye thank you so so so so much you are my favorite person ever!" she looks at me and then says "sorry hunter" and i give you a small smile and then we are walking off.

{the night of the concert}
i look up the venue and sigh when it's an hour walk. i call everyone i know asking for a ride but no one responds. "jenny! we gotta go now if we want to make it in time!" jenny had been ready since 7am and runs out the door holding her dinner "can i finish as we walk?" she asks. i nod and we start to walk
* I’m in the dressing room and people are doing my make up *
jenny and i arrive looking as if we had just run a marathon. we found our way to our seats in the middle when jenny was about to cry. "are you ok jen?" she wipes her eyes and says "did my pretty hair get messed up? it feels bad now" she had tried to do her hair in a ballerina bun but now there were strands all over that were out of place "it looks different" i say "but it's pretty. lilly will love it"
* the show starts and I come on stage lights flashing and back up dancers run onto the stage and I start singing *
* i come out wearing a short glittery dress with glittery high heals *

despite how tired she is, jenny cheers loudly and i smile
jenny says to me "her dress is so pretty!" i nod and say "it looks good on her"
* there’s flashing lights and we start to dance and sing *
jenny stands up and starts to jump and sings along with every word and i surprise myself with how many of your songs i know
*I stop singing and i say *” who’s tired of fake love “
jenny cheers even though she probably doesn't know what she's cheering for. i meet your eyes for a half second and then wondered if that was scripted or if you said it for a reason. i look down

jenny nudges me, "this ones your favorite!" she says. "sing!!" i roll my eyes but then smile my goofy grin and sing along

*I smile *” okay let’s go “* I walk back stage my assistant walks next to me and starts talking to me she opens a the back stage door for us and I walk to my car*”get in”
jenny and i sit in the backseat "wowwww" jenny gapes "your car is so fancy"
“ thanks “* I drive off really fast*” where do you live “
"umm... we live..." i stutter. jenny is about to answer for me when i cover her mouth "just drop us off outside Meadow Wood, that's our neighborhood" i answer

i hold onto jennys arm until your car is out of sight and we take the 10 minute walk to our house

when jenny and i arrive at home i send jenny to our room and i go to meet my parents
"it was my fault that we were out late im sorry it won't happen again" i say. my mother stands up "that's what you said the last time" she argued "i promise this is the last time" i say
* I’m getting drunk with a bunch of friends because we are celebrating my concert *
"you think this is all a game, don't you?" my father asks as he pushes me against the wall "you think it's fun to endanger yourself and our precious baby, don't you?" he punches my cheek. i blink back the tears "i told you it won't happen again" i whisper.

i hear my parents exit the house and start yelling outside, cursing at each other. i murmur to jenny "don't listen to them"
* my assistant drives me home and I pass out in the couch *

as usual my parents aren't home in the morning, so i limp up out of bed, i can feel the bruise forming on my thigh from being pushed down the previous night. i quickly make some oats for jenny and lay back down
*im still asleep *
jenny quickly eats her breakfast and walks out the door "where are you going?" i called after her. "to lilly's house!" she answered. i didn't feel like getting up so i let her go off

*the same man opens the door *
"hi! it's me jenny from yesterday!" she peeks through the door "LILLY!!! ITS ME JENNY!!!"
the man ~sorry Jenny lilly is sleeping please go home *i loves the door *

"hmph" jenny crosses her arms and sits on the doorstep

"oh right, coming" i hang up and groan as i stand. the normally 15 minute walk ended up taking 30 because of my limp. when i arrived, jennys voice sounded hoarse from singing so much. "let's go jenny"
* o come walking to the door and I look like a mess *” hello “
"hey," i smile and wave "had fun last night?" jenny hugs you as soon as she sees you

"anyone could tell you were drunk if you spoke to them last night" i chuckled

*I go to my bedroom and I start to pack *

when we pull up jenny is so tired i carry her to the door and knock three times
