I was Hermione for Halloween and it was AMAZING! but Luna is really easy, just dye your hair blonde and make your outfit unique!

my hair is died permanently now, but then I used a non permanent one... but I get where ur mums coming from... the spray pink would work, but it might not look great... I've also been Hermione, and honestly the costume was pretty boring, and not too fun to wear, so Luna maybe? again, the hair though...😣 idk
