thanks you...that means a lot. I just feel like most people on here cut or talk about suicide for attention. for example one girl said she stabbed herself in the heart and was gonna die. that's impossible. if she had done that she would've been in shock. it just makes me so mad. and it triggers something inside me that makes me want to cut.

I did last night and my friend had to help calm me down.
